The focus is the hands- on execution and delivery of marketing campaigns across various digital channels and platforms, such as META, Google, Apple or Braze – for B2C acquisition and engagement.Responsibilities:Manage organic and paid campaign setup, execution, and launch across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and engagement (META Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, SMS)Manage campaigns in orchestration platforms, e.g. BrazeExecute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum conversionManage budgets and ensure efficient campaign spendingDefine and analyse paid media campaigns' structure, message and general visual feelEnsure consistent and impactful messaging across channels, aligned with the strategy, and identify new opportunitiesExtract actionable metrics and insights to share and discuss with various stakeholdersWho are you?You're a detailed, hands-on and data-driven marketer, who excels at executing campaigns across diverse digital channels.Must have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, similar discipline or relevant work experienceMinimum one year of experience in campaign operations, demonstrating expertise in campaign setup, execution, and optimizationTwo years of experience with META Ads, Google Ads or other relevant paid advertising channels, experience with search, display and pmax campaignsEffective problem-solving and project management skills to tackle campaign challengesMeticulous attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to use data to back up decisions and assess campaign optimizationGood communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teamsStrong organizational and time-management abilities to orchestrate multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environmentHighly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive "get it done" mentalityA positive mindset, curiosity to research new topics and learn new things every dayWorking proficiency in EnglishBasic design skills with low-code tools (i.e., Canva)Basic HTML/CSS skillsNice to have:Experience in startupsUnderstanding of mobile apps life cycleContactIf you have questions about careers at Tonic App or want to submit a spontaneous application, contact us by email:#J-18808-Ljbffr
