Currently, we're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team, whose primary mission will be to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to achieve our organisation's goals. About the role: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads not only for the Portuguese market but globally. Define Visor.Ai Digital Strategy and oversee the performance for each channel. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to Google, Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook. Create a growth strategy through Affiliates and manage the relationship with them. Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours. Continuously monitor campaign performance and analyse data and metrics to optimise tactics and maximise ROI. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering results within set parameters. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain competitive advantage. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, offering recommendations for improvement and optimization. About you: Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding and expertise in the chatbot industry, including an understanding of emerging technologies, best practices, and trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Language Skills - Portuguese (C1) and English (B2)
