Manage campaign operations with focus on the delivery of email marketing, Push and SMS campaigns. Responsible for team capacity, performance and people management. Drive towards excellence in Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) by ensuring Global Standards are implemented and business/internal controls are in place. Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinate execution of service improvement initiatives.A day in the life of...Work on implementation of Campaign Factory plans and objectives, in line with IMS and NBS strategies.Lead the team in establishing and accomplishing objectives as aligned with the stream priorities.Manage team goals and development plans - Evaluate team performance and conduct regular appraisals.Manage team's operational capacity and ensure right team allocation to projects.Perform operational reviews and report to Campaign Factory Manager. Responsible for issue escalation to Campaign Factory Manager.Run periodic meetings with Business/Market to collect demand, assess satisfaction and ensure adherence to Campaign Factory ways of working. Identify Market/Business knowledge gaps and propose actions to fill those gaps.Monitor, perform and execute the performance service level agreements (SLA's) and indicators of services (KPI's).Drive action plans to correct deviations in services and ensure process improvement. Ensure Global and E2E compliance for activities performed in the team.What will make you successfulPeople oriented. Previous experience in leading people/teams.Experience with CRM tools is valued.
