Campaign Executive needed to join our Portugal team on a contract or FTC basis.The opportunity:Some of the responsibilities include:
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of campaigns.Ensuring that all projects are on track, delivered on time, within scope and within budget.Developing campaign scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.Supporting the Campaign Manager with wider client projects outside of the media team's scope.Participating in kick-off meetings with new brands, or for new campaigns.Participating in bi-weekly meetings with brands to discuss upcoming campaigns.Please note that this job is a full-time position located in Lisbon or Porto, but the selection process will be conducted in English. What you'll be doing:Support in assets collection and QCSupport in managing, organising, tracking and storing of digital assets shared from brandChecking that the assets meet the various quality requirements in terms of dimensions, copy requirements and set-up requirements, meet technical feasibility requirements, are accurate and error-free - and provide accurate feedback (with support of Campaign Manager)Create Jira tickets for the campaign, to brief into the content teamSupport PM on technical issues or Brand requests – updating of tickets and managing feedback from the development teamCreate and maintain: comprehensive campaign documentation, meeting agendas to brands ahead of bi-weekly meetingsPM SoftwareSupport on tracking project status on Project management softwareSupport on setting up of projects/templates on platform and updating templates when necessarySupport documentation, tracking and communicate project relations information, risks and issues to the relevant team members/stakeholdersControl of projects deadlinesStock ManagementReportingCreate and send out weekly Status Report to wider client team and stakeholdersWhat we want from you:Proven working experience as a project administrator in the media/advertising/marketing sectorExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & AsanaWhat we can offer you:Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we'll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
