The roleThe Campaign Analyst is responsible for the delivery of personalised real-time communications via a marketing automation tool and decisioning engine.
As a super-user of these platforms, this role will provide guidance and recommendations on how these platforms can be used to support consumer-facing digital products.
The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for the building and maintenance of real-time campaigns and the creation of campaign flows / selections / counts for marketing and acquisition campaigns.
As a Campaign Analyst, you will: Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.Design and build end-to-end campaigns using a marketing automation tool, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to personalise campaigns based on audience characteristics.Maintain and update the campaign logic.Extend the MarTech solution to deliver additional notifications via the native mobile app.Lead the technical testing of campaign flows, performing data preparation activities and investigating & troubleshooting the results.Continuously optimise automation processes for efficiency and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign execution, tracking, and deliverability.To apply, you should haveExperience working as a Campaign Analyst, Audience Analyst, or similar, with proven experience campaign building and executing using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS CI, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Pega.Experience using a relational database with a large volume of data.Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Intermediate SQL skills (such as join and aggregate functions).Advanced excel skills.Knowledge of building real-time campaigns is desirable.The perks include25 days holiday + bank holidays.An extra day off for moving to a new house; 2 days off for your wedding; 3 days off for charity / community days.Private healthcare and medical cashback plan.Perkbox.Competitive pension plan.Virgin gym membership.Match Digitalspecialises in connecting talented individuals with businesses in the digital, tech, media and marcomms industries.
