.A Call for one Research fellowship (Bolsa de Investigação) is open at Fundação D. Anna de Sommer Champalimaud e Dr. Carlos Montez Champalimaud (Champalimaud Foundation) in the context of the project entitled "Circadian regulation of pulmonary immunity by neuroendocrine signals", with reference "PTDC/MED-IMU/2189/2021", from the Call No PTDC 2021, funded by the FCT, through Portuguese National Funds.The selected candidate willScientific description and work planExplore the functional impact of pulmonary circadian neuro/endocrine circuits in ILC2 responses in health and disease. To achieve this the selected candidate will work with genetically modified mouse models and will provide technical assistance with the characterization and purification of immune and stroma cell populations, using flow cytometry and transcriptomic analysis, both in steady state and in the context of pulmonary disease models. Potentially, this value may be increased with other funds, according to experience and performance. The fellowship will be paid monthly by bank transfer. The fellowship holder will have personal accident insurance and, if not covered by any social protection scheme, can ensure the right to social security through adherence to the voluntary social insurance scheme.The Fellowship will have the duration of 10 months, with the possibility of renewal up to a maximum of 18 months (never surpassing the termination date of the project, expected at 31/12/2024).
