Cad Designer (M/F/D)

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Engineering Team in Ponte de Lima, Portugal.
Main accountabilities, responsibilities, and deliverables: Responsible for executing the design (2D, 3D) in accordance with guidelines and requirements (clients, legal).Identify critical design points.Ensure a safe design in functionality, durability, appearance, and feasibility for manufacturing.Ensure compliance with deadlines and costs according to project needs. Application Engineer support in general engineering tasks.Participate in FMEA and Design Reviews.Required skills and experience / main competences: Successfully finished Mechanical/Material/Polymer Engineering degree, Upper Grade Education Cycle, or similar.Experience in product development, problem-solving analysis, as well as in manufacturing and assembly processes.Understanding of technical drawings and technical documents.Experience in GD&T and Stack-up analysis.Experience in CAD tools: CATIA V5.Experience with PLM applications (Windchill, Team Center, etc.).Good English language skills.
