We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of CAD CAM Technician Leader to join our company.
*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* We have the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidaysInvestments in the latest technologyExclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodonticsPrimary Responsibilities & Skills: Perform milling machine and other equipment preventative maintenance and repairsTroubleshoot repairs with CAM programs via phone and emailPerform CAM for Full Arch and other complex restoration millingsPerform dental model digital scanning with 3Shape scanning systemKeep all milling machines milling until queues are emptyResponsible for the timely loading and unloading of millsResponsible for understanding and monitoring the software of all milling machinesEnsure quality control standards for cases are maintainedAccept, download and process Inter Oral Scans (IOS) casesDesign digital models for 3D printing production, then post-process and articulate printed modelsPost-process and articulate printed modelsAssist surgical guide production with nesting, printing, post-processing using ultrasonic cleaning, and curing equipment, grinding, and polishingAssist in skills training of new team membersAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise requiredQualifications: 5+ years dental laboratory experience as a CAD/CAM laboratory technician requiredExtensive experience and knowledge in softwares and programs such as 3Shape EXOCAD, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Photoshop, and/or audio applicationsCDT certification preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail a mustMilling center environment, computer-based workstation. Benchwork with high speed and low-speed handpieces*All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check*
