CategoryREALISATION - CABLER/FITTER (M/F)Job titleCABLER/FITTER (M/F/D)Contract typeFixed-term contractContractual hoursFull-timeJob DescriptionThe Cabler/Fitter (M/F/D) assembles, mechanically fine-tunes and deals with the electrical wiring of assemblies, sub-assemblies, machinery and equipment.ProfileThey are in charge of assembling, mechanically fine-tuning and dealing with the electrical wiring in the cabinets, assemblies, sub-assemblies, machinery and equipment entrusted to them, for in-house and external stakeholders in accordance with the stipulated technical, safety, quality, cost and time criteria.Description Of The Main Significant ActivitiesWhen the project is assigned to their scope of intervention, they take note of the technical information for the entrusted project (plans, electric diagrams, specifications, bill of materials, etc.) and the specific instructions to be followed;They approach their manager and the IPE in charge of the project if they need any further explanations for carrying out the wiring and/or assembly;They check that the components to be assembled and/or wired and the necessary tools are available and compliant, and if necessary notify their manager and the IPE if they are unavailable;They must anticipate requirements in terms of equipment, consumables (screws, couplings, electrical wires, connection terminals, etc.) and specific tools for the assembly and/or electrical wiring of the entrusted equipment to prevent any time being lost in the assembly and/or wiring process;They independently organize the sequencing of the mechanical assembly and associated fine-tuning and/or electrical wiring and the related tests.They draw up their own task planning schedule in agreement with their manager and in line with the project schedule managed by the IPE;They organize and conduct the assembly, mechanical fine-tuning and/or electrical wiring phases according to the rules, the Bontaz standards and best practice in this area, if necessary in collaboration with one or more Fitters (M/F/D) and/or Cablers (M/F/D) also assigned to the entrusted project;If requested, they take part in commissioning, adjusting and maintaining equipment produced or monitored by the Industrialization Department following the instructions of their manager or the person in charge of implementation and abiding by the safety/environmental rules and current standards;They follow all of the procedures and instructions given to them;They attend the short interval controls (SIC) they are invited to;If requested, they take part in different internal and customer or supplier audits.WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for candidates with a background and knowledge in Mechatronics or similar. Experience in the automotive sector is an asset. We are looking for a dynamic person with team spirit.
