Responsibilities:Supervise the team's day-to-day operationsAnalyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management teamDevelop new product features, currently focusing on backendEstimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacityDevelop your hard and soft skills together with the teamMake technical decisionsLead and involve others into code reviewsEnsure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivationCommunicate with the project's stakeholdersEstablish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retroTechnologies we work with:Latest C# (and a bit of C++, C++CLI), REST, PowerShellWhat we expect from you:5+ years of software development in commercial projectsStrong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithmsExperience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developersStrong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibilityResult-oriented, proactive approachStrong problem-solving skillsTechnical mindset with great attention to detailsEnglish proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teamsWe offer:Medical insurance for you, your spouse, and your children (up to the age of 18)Statutory insurances: Veeam covers employee's healthcare, nursing care, and unemployment insurances contributions.
