Job Description: In his/her role as Buyer Support, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements.
The jobholder will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS organization. He/She will be the guarantor of a compliant procurement process towards the business.
Main responsibilities: Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools.Consolidate and follow up supplier rating and performance data.Manage and follow up standard supplier communication on various topics such as Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Export Control, etc.Prepare and customize contracts, identify missing data, manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools.Prepare Business Cases to support the buyers.Launch and follow up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed.Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities.Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools.Requirements - our ideal candidate will have: The jobholder will have up to 5 years of work experience and the potential to be developed in the core countries in the Airbus Procurement function. Experience in procurement would be a plus.In terms of Hard skills, the jobholder will ideally bring experience in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations. He/she will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills and will be fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus. He/she will be easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc, and Airsupply) and will be used to Google Suite.In terms of Soft skills, the jobholder will be
