If this is you, we'd love to talk. What you will do: Responsible for buying services across our main office locations for one of our main Categories (Professional Services, FM, RnD). Oversee the supplier base within your Category and lead negotiations across locations, using appropriate e-sourcing tools and techniques (RFQ, SAP Ariba). Execute procurement tasks according to the global strategy while ensuring high quality projects and services. Close cooperation and alignment with operational, global procurement and stakeholders ensuring consistent and efficient tasks implementation. Support Business Partnering to drive continuous improvement through cost saving projects, organizing trials, implementing supplier changes and tracking savings. Ensure compliance with Essity procedures, purchasing policy and financial instructions. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or equivalent field. Preferred minimum 2 years in procurement with demonstrated strategic sourcing competence. Familiarity with support services (HR, FM, Professional Services) and collaborative project management in a global setting. Good knowledge of contract law. Familiarity with SAP Ariba and Microsoft Office tools. Proactive and autonomous, with a commitment to achieving excellence and high service standards.
