About the job As a buyer in the Procurement Operations team, your mission is to operate on the internal clients' behalf, the buying of goods and services for HR Services (Training, Recruitment, among), ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas' standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target.
Your Main Activities Are Support your clients (Lease Group) in their purchasing requests, on an ongoing basis and ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time).Coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and analyze suppliers' offers, manage One on One negotiations.Negotiate the best price conditions with the providers and achieve savings target.Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulation, BNP Paribas' standards and framework contracts or General Conditions.Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools.Profile and Skills to Success Bachelor degree.Relevant experience in Procurement related activities or similar roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in English and French.Being at ease with reading and managing contracts.Availability and customer orientation skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong ability for negotiation.Rigor and excellent attention to details.Strong organizational skills.Dynamic and proactive attitude.Why joining BNP Paribas?
