Collecting and analysing functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions,
Verification and translation of business needs and requirements into IT solution proposals,
Advising business partners on finding optimal solutions,
Analysis of the organisation's business processes from the perspective of ongoing projects,
Cooperation with internal and external partners within the scope of software development,
Creation and updating of analytical documentation,
Supporting project participants in conducting business tests of solutions
Requirements Knowledge of English at an intermediate level,
Proven experience in a similar position,
Open-mindedness to change and ability to work within multithreaded initiatives,
Commitment and initiative in solving complex business problems,
Tertiary education and a willingness to continue seeking knowledge,
Ability to consciously use (read and create documentation) UML and BPMN notation,
Assertiveness and the ability to cooperate effectively with both the business and IT side,
Build relationships based on understanding of the needs and mutual respect with the business partner at different levels of management,
Be proactive in sharing knowledge with the rest of the team,
Experience of participating in Waterfall and Agile projects.
Nice to have:
Experience in projects for the financial industry in the area of leasing or in the area of accounting or bookkeeping,
Practical ability to maintain analytical documentation in the Enterprise Architect tool,
Knowledge of Archimate notation and Enterprise Architecture issues,
Practical knowledge of BABOK
Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects
