Business Support Trainee (F/M/Div) [Hrc0893693]

As a Business Support Trainee, you will integrate our Procurement team located in Porto to support the management of different processes. You will get the chance to work in a multi-functional, international team with opportunities for growth.

In your new role, you will:
- Assist the Procurement team with creating documents (reports or presentations) using MS Office
- Support internal team communication by gathering, updating, and forwarding information
- Be in charge of purchasing activities, including ordering using SAP and internal purchasing channels
- Plan, prepare and organize internal events (e.g. meetings, events, workshops, trainings, presentations), including the associated logistics, as well as the compilation of all necessary information and documents

Your profile
You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to share information effectively and professionally. You have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Language Studies, Communication, or an equivalent field of studies – an MBA would be a plus
- Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic business concepts
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
