Business Support Trainee (F/M/Div)

As a Business Support Trainee, you will integrate our Procurement team located in Porto to support the management of different processes. You will get the chance to work in a multi-functional, international team with opportunities for growth.
In your new role, you will:
Assist the Procurement team with creating documents (reports or presentations) using MS Office
Support internal team communication by gathering, updating, and forwarding information
Be in charge of purchasing activities , including ordering using SAP and internal purchasing channels
Plan, prepare and organize internal events (e.g. meetings, events, workshops, trainings, presentations), including the associated logistics, as well as the compilation of all necessary information and documents
You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills , able to share information effectively and professionally. You have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Language Studies, Communication , or an equivalent field of studies – an MBA would be a plus
Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of basic business concepts
Fluency in English (mandatory)
