It provides a diverse portfolio of clinical and technological solutions to healthcare organizations and professionals, committed to promoting access to innovative medical devices that improve the efficiency and sustainability of healthcare in Portugal.Job SummaryThe focus of a Business Support Specialist is to provide transversal support to all the Commercial Areas in processes associated with Operational Marketing and to support the sales team in marketing events.Key AccountabilitiesOperational MarketingCentralize support provided to commercial teams, ensuring consistency in processes.Collaborate in executing operational tasks that support commercial objectives and analyze reports on consignment and pending sales.Conduct research to identify stock optimization opportunities.Receive requests for product/service information and perform due diligence with relevant teams.Create, register, and update product information, managing operational activity with suppliers.Assist the commercial team in preparing proposals and quotes.Coordinate with support departments to ensure new suppliers are created in the SAP tool.Event ManagementCentralize information regarding marketing events and coordinate participation.Facilitate internal communication by sharing event details.Process sponsorship requests and liaise with event organizers.Support reporting on the Transparency Platform and maintain organized archives.Coordinate procurement of marketing event materials.Manage internal approval workflows within compliance rules.Networking/Key RelationshipsInteractions include Sales Reps & Managers, Customer service, Tender Department, Planning and Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, and Suppliers.Minimum Knowledge & Experience RequiredEducation: Minimum Secondary School educationExperience: Minimum of 2 years in the Healthcare sectorAdditional Skills/Knowledge: Competency in Microsoft applications and SAP tool; Knowledge of English and Spanish.Skills & CapabilitiesThe ideal candidate will exhibit:Customer-focused approachEffective communication skillsStrong organizational skillsHigh attention to detailFlexibility, Innovation, and CreativityAbility to work independently and within a teamApply through LinkedIn#J-18808-Ljbffr
