Job Summary The focus of a Business Support Specialist is to provide transversal support to all the Commercial Areas in processes associated with Operational Marketing and to provide a transversal support service to the entire sales team on the participation in marketing events, defined by the respective BL/Department. Key Accountabilities Operational Marketing Centralize all the support provided to commercial teams, ensuring consistency and redundancy of all processes. Collaborate in the execution of operational tasks that support commercial team's objectives and in the analysis of reports on consignment, pending sales, valid customer proposals, demonstration status, providing respective follow-up for those tasks. Conduct research and analyze internal trends to identify stock optimization opportunities and propose solutions to the commercial team and supply chain team. Receive, via internal departments such as customer service, contracting department, regulatory affairs, warehousing and technical service requests for information on products/services from MC Medical customers and perform the due diligence with the commercial team, customers and the mentioned departments. Create, register and update information applicable to the products commercialized by the company. Support the cross-functional and commercial teams to gather necessary documents, and information, to complete the process. Manage operational activity with suppliers and mediate the relationship between the commercial team, supply chain management, and those entities. Be an active part in the relationship with suppliers supporting the commercial team with concrete requests to those entities. Assist the commercial team in preparing proposals and quotes and coordinate with other departments to ensure the correct flow of internal processes. Assist in the development of the business and provide inputs to the commercial team that concern control of expenses, mainly regarding samples, expired consignment or warehouse stock and logistic processes
