We're looking for an Insurance Administrative Specialist, who will be responsible for the administrative handling of Corporate P&C insurance policies. Some of your tasks will be: Process contracts into company systems interpreting the contents of the agreements made with the insurance companies underwriting the risks. Check computations of premiums, commissions, adjustments, refunds, taxes, and third parties' commissions. Check administrative information on contract documentation issued by insurance companies. Manage the administrative side of complex insurance programs. Control expiring portfolio and timely manage the renewals as directed by the front office. Generate premium requests to clients for new business, renewals, MTA, and premium adjustments. Archive contractual documents and control the document cycle. Support for internal audit and quality control activities. Interact with clients and support client queries on administrative issues. Support front-office and/or interact with carriers on administrative remarks. RequirementsInsurance back-office experience, preferably in insurance companies or brokers/agencies.Proficient in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
