About the job The Information Center team provides support activities for all European BNP Paribas Mergers & Acquisitions teams (Paris, London, Madrid, Frankfurt, Milan...), ensuring a prompt response through a wide range of specialized databases, providing added value and in-depth research on specific Industries or Companies. Within this team, the Documentalist will also support clients to clearly detail and specify their information needs and guide them in undertaking their own research.
Your Main Activities Are Conduct added-value Information searches (sector research, company research, macro-economic research...) in order to identify major players, market shares, potential investment opportunities and trends.Contribute to supplementing and enriching documentation (electronic) collection.Identify and collect data.Leverage on performed work to provide clients with solid results and value-added advice.Contribute to managing database invoicing using a dedicated tool.Contribute to managing database accesses.Profile and Skills to Success Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Economics, Finance and Accounting.Up to 2 years of professional experience in banking and financial operations or information technology.Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Fluent in English, oral and written.Investment Banking Knowledge.Ability to develop and adapt a process.Good communication skills.Client-focused.Good attention to detail and rigor.Able to collaborate and work as a team member.Why joining BNP Paribas?
