Business Process Manager

Join our team as a Business Process Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You'll Do: Analyze and map internal processes to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement process optimization and automation strategies.Collaborate with different departments (finance, operations, IT, etc.) to ensure process integration and effectiveness.Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, TOGAF or BPM to lead continuous improvement initiatives.Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the impact of process changes.Document and standardize workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.Lead training sessions and workshops to engage employees in proposed changes and improvements.Conduct data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.Previous experience in process management or related areas.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.).Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with process management software (e.g., Bizagi, ARIS, or equivalent).Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.Analytical and results-oriented profile.Advanced English.At DataSmart, you will have the opportunity to integrate into a solid company and participate in projects of high recognition, nationally and internationally, with an appealing technological environment and career progression.
