Business Process Manager & CBS Coach - BragaWe are looking for a Business Process Manager & CBS Coach to join our Quality Business Area (Replacement EMEA) team in Marketing & Sales. The successful candidate will handle and lead technical compliance and clearing cases for the manufacturing part of the BA and the plant Lousado, and lead the implementation of the Business Operating System (BOS).Responsibilities:Drive Technical Compliance cases in the BA in all phases for the manufacturing part of the BA and for the plant Lousado.Develop the Business Operating System (BOS) Strategy for the BA based on the requirements from Tires Management Systems.Lead the implementation of BOS strategy and steer highly complex and relevant improvement projects/initiatives in the BA.Evaluate existing business processes, determine and outline process improvements, and initiate process improvement projects for the organization.Develop, establish, and implement process governance, standards, roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures, methods, and tools relevant for the BA.Qualifications:Degree in any Engineering discipline.5 years of experience in similar functions.Strong English language skills (written and spoken).Leading Business Process Management experience.Cross-functional experience in different functional areas (preferred).Technical Compliance handling knowledge (preferred).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Project management experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lead without authority.Additional Information:We offer integration in a challenging and international work environment, a local employment contract with an attractive remuneration package and benefits, a hybrid working model (on-site/remote), an agile and collaborative working style, and continuous professional training with excellent possibilities for personal and professional development.
