We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Process Analyst to join our SDO team in Lisbon. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data. This involves collaborating with the Business Partner Master Data Specialist to execute the routine operations and periodic activities such as data cleansing adhering to quality standards.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Execute timely and accurate creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data following established operating procedures.Review documents received from vendors/customers to perform accuracy and hygiene checks.Contribute to periodic master data cleanup initiatives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.Prepare data quality reports on a periodic basis and the wider MDM team in adherence to data quality standards.Ensure adherence to the overall controls framework and highlight deviations if any to the team.Ensure error-resolution & exception management is performed to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with the end-user satisfaction in mind.Contribute to the achievement of master data performance and quality standards as defined in SLAs.Provide information to the wider MDM team on work accomplishments, operational risks, issues, progress in work processes & needs.Ensure a customer-centric and partnership approach to develop strong relationships with other working groups.Initiate, develop, and share best practices and lessons learned within the team.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?Bachelors degree in IT or Accounting preferred.2-4 years of work experience with a focus on customer & vendor master data.Appreciation of business processes pertaining to customer / vendor domain.Working experience of MDM tools & systems preferably SAP MDG.Effective communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.Collaborative mindset to work effectively within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders.WHAT IS ON OFFER?As a colleague at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package.
