What are you going to do? Assist in deploying a standardized Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the organization; Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes and generate metrics to measure performance; Perform thorough analysis of current business processes across different departments to identify inefficiencies and areas needing improvement; Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp business goals and requirements, and translate them into actionable process changes and solutions; Develop and deploy new processes and systems aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity; Prepare and deliver progress reports detailing achievements, obstacles, and outcomes of process improvement initiatives; Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and receive feedback on proposed changes; Monitor the implementation of new processes, collecting data to assess their impact and effectiveness; Stay informed about the latest advancements in process improvement techniques and industry best practices; Implemented a standardized Quality Management System (QMS) globally; Established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance; Attained Quality Certifications such as ISO9001, EN9100, AS9100, and others; Executed a comprehensive audit plan and implemented resultant improvements; Successfully executed strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and achieve cost savings; Fostered global collaboration and synergies across the organization; Promoted a learning organization culture, following the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; Previous involvement in Business Process Development, Quality Certification, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management; Experience within organizations undergoing transformation; Background in Aerospace, Aviation, or related sectors; Thorough understanding of process vision and extensive process expertise; Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; Skilled in using process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio and BPMN; Familiarity with SAP Signavio; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines; Good Interpersonal and communicational skills; Written and verbal communication skills in English (=B2, mandatory).
