What are you going to do? Process mapping and documentation; Monitor and control process's KPIs; Identify opportunities for improvement through the analysis of indicators and internal/external customer feedback; Process design, building action plans to validate its effectiveness and efficiency; Promote process agility and fluidity, giving the necessary support to the areas to help them in the implementation of improvements and change management. What are we looking for? Experience in BPM and process design; Experience in Consulting firms internal process analysis; Analytical reasoning and critical spirit; Experience in process modeling; Superior Organization and Time management skills; Customer Orientation; Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French (preferred).
