We are looking for a dedicated and organized Business Operations Assistant to join our Operations Department at Bool. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with talented individuals who are passionate about using technology to empower people and organizations around the world. The role requires working collaboratively with internal and external teams, organization and high attention to detail, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of key business functions.
Main Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collecting Hours Reporting: Manage and collect timesheets and hours reporting from different teams to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.
Invoicing Process: Handle the entire invoicing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate billing of clients.
Reporting & Coordination: Support the Operations team with reporting and data analysis tasks, including tracking project progress, managing data, and maintaining records.
Key Requirements: Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Excel Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting the invoicing process.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Capable of working independently and collaboratively with various departments and clients.
Digital: Should be comfortable working with software applications and technology tools to support administrative and operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Experience working with financial processes or invoicing systems is a plus.
Experience working in IT consulting is also a plus.
