Your responsibilities:
Effectively manage the Marketing team, in the country and collaborate closely with Country Business Lead,
Responsible for final solution positioning.
Supports Country Business Lead in establishing and executing marketing strategy and plan.
In alignment with Global and SWE Leadership team, executes the Marketing plan that determines the focus areas for the country (includes, GTM considerations, pricing, communication incl. events, product launches, commercial KPIs).
Creates full market transparency for country: market mapping, maximizing market coverage in CRM and supports efforts to determine market sizes, market shares and funnel management.
Report to SWE Marketing Head.
Your qualifications and experience:
Leadership experience.
Full Diagnostics market understanding
Diagnostics Product Knowledge.
IT tools (excel, ppt, Power BI) expertise.
Your attributes and skills:
Residence in Spain (preferable) or Portugal.
Leadership & Teammate profile.
English proficiency & native languages.
Communication & commercial focus.
Travelling possibilities in the zone.
Your tasks:
Supports Sales team to drive profitable growth; discussions for pre-Sales as well as post-Sales, e.g. loss avoidance/retention (escalation of customer concerns).
Driving Product Specialist activities in the country in agreement with Product Managers, Country Business Lead and SWE Marketing Head.
Market evaluation & competitive intelligence.
Brand strategy & Solution Pricing (including design check).
Brand promotion.
2nd level solution presentations for customers in coordination with Healthcare Consulting Services & country marketing.
Campaign implementation.
Serves as 2nd point of contact for Global Marketing guidance needed from field, requests from Global Marketing regarding business cases.
Final responsible for demand on reagents & instruments for the segment.
Funnel KPIs driving based on CRM Excellence trustable data.
Funnel evaluation.
Profit STC responsibility.
Budget preparation on the segment level.
Defining new launches and CROs at Segment level.
Contributes to newsletters where needed.
