We're looking for a passionate, eager to grow Business Manager to join our management team in Porto (hybrid work model).

business prospecting and attraction of new customers
have strong commercial skills and a strong orientation to results
build relationships with new clients to understand their needs
continuous management of the customer's portfolio
able to understand the business and customer expectations
develop and implement strategies for business grow
monitoring business metrics
attract IT talent, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates
understand the importance of managing relationships with consultants, implementing strategies to retain our talent

For that, you must:

get involved in recruiting processes
manage the company's performance metrics
come up with quick and effective solutions
