Business Manager

You will play a central role in business development, managing client relationships, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the seamless integration of new consultants.What Are Your Duties:Conduct proactive business prospecting to identify and acquire new clients.Participate in service presentation meetings and effectively communicate our value propositions.Lead negotiations on terms and conditions with new clients to close deals that align with business objectives.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create tailored value propositions that meet their business goals.Establish and develop strategic partnerships with other companies and organizations to expand our business network.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in the IT market, to identify new opportunities for business growth.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.Develop and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.It would be ideal if you have:Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.Previous experience in the IT market and business development (mandatory).In-depth knowledge of the IT market, both nationally and internationally.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop business strategies and build strong client relationships.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Enjoy working in a young and dynamic team.Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).What we offer:Permanent ContractHealth InsuranceMeal CardGym TicketFull-remote Work (Based in Portugal)
