What are the main responsibilities of a Business Manager?
1. Business Development
Market prospection, schedule and conduct business meetings, manage client relationships, make your business grow.
2. Hiring
Source, Identify, select and recruit the right candidates for your client's needs.
3. People Management
Manage your team of consultants by building a strong relationship with them, understanding and supporting all needs in order to develop their career.
Do you have?
A Bachelors or Master's preferably in Management/Economics, Engineering or HR.
2-3 years' experience overall in any field.
Fluent Portuguese and English, and another language is a plus.
Dynamic, agile and organizational skills.
Decision maker and willing to take risks being able to think out of the box.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in fast-paced environment.
