Responsibilities: Manage and expand client relationshipsCarry out Market Prospection to increase our Clients database, through the identification of potential clients and expansion of the existing range of services.Monitor the existing client portfolio, manage relationships with clients, and submit candidates for their different opportunities.Negotiate the hiring of consultants, develop new perspectives of their career evolution and salary conditions.Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersParticipate in the training of new Business Managers and IT recruitersRequirements: Knowledge of the Portuguese marketProven track record of success in sales and account managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
