Profile

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or similar;
Empathic, focused, willing to learn and to thrive in the commercial area;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills and native in Portuguese and fluency in English;
Living in the Lisbon area with availability for presential work (Lisbon - Expo) and to visit clients;

Key Responsibilities

Market prospection, scheduling meetings, work on client's technical needs;
Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;
Management of client's technical needs and consultant's team;
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
Proven experience as an IT Manager;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
