Business Management Senior Officer (M/F)_Lisboa Ou Porto

Main tasks and goals:

Manage and coordinate the financials for the full Digital and Data Office scope;
Management of project portfolio;
Develop and own data models and dashboards, for example in Excel, SharePoint (amongst others), with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions;
Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models and presentations in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others;
Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making by conducting studies and research;
Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors, recruiters, universities and governmental institutions.
Profile and skills we look for:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
Minimum English level of C1;
Previous experience in financial management, consulting, auditing, operational management or other related fields;
Analytical skills including strong modelling skills;
Knowledge in accounting or management controlling;
Ability to deliver / Results driven;
Strong knowledge of Excel, SharePoint is a plus.
Duration of the project: 1 year
