Requirements
Knowledge in accounting or management controlling;
Analytical skills including strong modelling skills;
Proficient in MS Office Suite;
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the financials;
Run and monitor end to end invoicing process for services and products provided;
Manage the forecast and budget exercises;
Manage of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams;
Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives;
Develop and own data models and dashboards, with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions;
Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models and presentations in a large range of activities;
Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making by conducting studies and research;
Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors, recruiters, universities and governmental institutions;
Ensure the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Community Management.
