The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of BI strategies to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and business performance metrics, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Job Description: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive BI Strategy aligned with organizational goals.Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualization to support business decision-making.Team Management: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continues improvement with the BI team.BI Tools and Technologies: Evaluate, select, and implement BI Tools and Technologies to enhance analytical capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of BI innovation.Data Quality Management: Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes.Data Analysis Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analysis strategy aligned with organizational objectives.Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in BI operations.Data Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive business data. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management or related role.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Agile Development methodologies is a plus.Knowledgeable in I-Gaming is preferred.
