With Cryptorefills, users can spend different cryptocurrencies to top up their phone credit across 600 Mobile Operators, pay their utility bills, subscribe to their favorite entertainment services (Netflix, Spotify, Google Play, iTunes), purchase from top e-commerce brands (Amazon, Bol), shop at retail stores (Walmart), and even travel, buy fuel, and pay restaurant bills.The Company is a fast-growing fintech firm headquartered in Amsterdam, with a local presence in Milano and Izmir.Key responsibilitiesStrategic support: Assist the CEO in the development and execution of business strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and performance tracking.Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery of results.Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on business operations, customer behavior, and market trends.Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.Decision Support: Provide the CEO with data-driven recommendations and scenario analyses to inform decision-making.Problem Solving: Tackle a wide range of business challenges, from operational inefficiencies to strategic growth opportunities, with a hands-on and proactive approach.Relationship Management: Liaise with internal teams, partners, and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact on behalf of the CEO.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or can demonstrate comparable experience and knowledge.Technology and Blockchain Savvy: While programming skills are not required, the ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, with a strong curiosity for understanding technology. Additionally, they should be passionate or at least very familiar with the blockchain space and ecosystem, even if they don't have prior direct experience in the field.Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, or a fast-paced startup is preferable but not a requirement.Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and develop actionable solutions.Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion with minimal supervision.Adaptability: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments, with a strong learning agility.Tools Proficiency: Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical and presentation tools.
