Job DescriptionHow will you contribute and drive success? By combining excelling in your individual Business Development role and coaching a dedicated group of Business Developers (50/50 split).
Clear Value Delivery: Contribute through delivering sales opportunities & qualified pipeline contributions through innovative outbound & inbound prospecting methods & coaching other BD's in becoming successful in their role.
Accountability: Develop territory & account strategies to create & execute meaningful outreach to intrigue and captivate those we seek to engage. Identify strengths & weaknesses in the overall team for us to enhance or work on.
Collaboration is Key: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership and BD Peers to focus, learn, adapt and evolve.

QualificationsWhat skills and experience do we seek? 2+ years of business development/lead generation/sales experience. SaaS or Tech experience is advantageous.
Coaching, sharing your best practices and providing solid feedback to enable the wider team.
Strong communication skills in English and preferably another language (German, French or Dutch).
Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.
Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset.
Thirst to learn and challenge yourself – Business Development is not an easy ride!
Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.
In-depth knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process.
Balances independence with team success, taking pride in collective achievements.
