We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our footprint in the UK and Ireland markets, identifying new business opportunities, understanding emerging tech trends, and positioning xgeeks as a trusted solutions partner.

Responsibilities: Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients in the UK and Ireland, initiating and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify and qualify leads, managing the handoff to Engineering Managers (EMs) for deal progression and strategy alignment.
Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform sales strategies, contributing to business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities for xgeeks.
Work closely with Engineering Managers to support client relationships and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to account management, with involvement in key client meetings as needed.
Coordinate with the leadership and technical teams to align client needs with xgeeks' solutions, remaining current on product developments and industry trends.
Actively contribute to business development strategies by assisting in proposals, offers, and strategic account planning.
? Drive our CRM strategy by maintaining accurate and organized client data, managing follow-ups, and optimizing outreach efforts.
Represent xgeeks at industry events, webinars, and meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and sharing insights into our innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications Requirements : At least, 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on tech-driven services or SaaS.
Strong technical understanding of cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and AI solutions, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Ability to develop client relationships and identify needs in the UK and Irish markets.
Availability for frequent travel within the UK and Ireland markets to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
? Proficient in CRM tools ( e.g.
Pipedrive , Salesforce, Hubspot) and digital sales platforms.
Strong organizational skills, and capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis h. Other languages are a plus.
