They are looking for a Business Development Specialist (m/f/d) to drive growth.
Your new role Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise sector (industry and services).Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients.Collaborate with the development teams to understand and effectively communicate their solutions.Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.Manage sales activities and client interactions. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or Management (preferred but not mandatory).At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, particularly in selling custom development projects.Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in English (mandatory).
