About the role This role is a part of the internal full-cycle SplitMetrics Agency team and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and hungry for sales professional. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers. You'll work closely with our Sales team to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach. In this role, you will: Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research. Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward. Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for the business. Conduct qualification/discovery calls with prospects to identify their pain points. Follow up on new prospects to identify new potential needs. Generate and manage the sales pipeline by updating all activity in Hubspot. Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies. Write email sequences. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client journey. About You: Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR, SDR, or quota-carrying Sales role. Experience with outbound lead generation. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.). Experience with prospecting tools & CRM. Experience in conducting calls with clients. Strong communication skills. Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment. Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision. Hunger for feedback and coaching. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
