As a Business Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.By successfully performing in this role you will position yourself to join our field sales division or other customer focused business units. It's a chance to start at the top of the Fintech ladder and make yourself a leader in the field.Responsibilities & Deliverables:Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContacting potential clients through cold calls and emailsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.Work closely with the marketing department to make sure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients.Keep up to date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.Participate in training programs as directed by manager.Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system.Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.Experience:0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.Ability to communicate in English and German is a must.Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.Account Management experience a plus.Required Skills and Experience:Build and nurture relationships.Strong perseverance and follow-up skills.Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
