What kind of professional are we looking for?3-5+ years of experience in business development;
Familiarity with regulatory environments and jurisdictions in major markets like Europe, Asia, or North America;
Knowledge of key industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets;
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, particularly in structuring partnerships and contracts;
CRM system proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting;
Ability to develop sales strategies for different markets and product lines.
Relationship Building: Ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, driving repeat business and fostering partnerships;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for managing client meetings and presentations.
Business Strategy & Market Research: Ability to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and partnerships;
Conducting market research to understand competitors, market demand, and customer needs;
