Leveraging the unique botanical resources of the Azores, we are on a mission to introduce innovative beauty solutions to the global market. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Business Development manager to spearhead our Offline sales initiatives, manage our presence at trade shows, and expand our physical sales channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance BAMandBOO's market presence in Portugal and globally.Identify, negotiate, and close offline sales opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the beauty and wellness sectors.Lead and expand the sales team, including hiring, training, and managing sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.Oversee the planning, execution, and participation in trade shows and industry events, ensuring a strong and impactful brand presence.Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning efforts.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly and seize new opportunities.Manage sales forecasts, budgets, pricing and performance metrics, reporting directly to the Founders and other stakeholders with regular updates and strategic insights.Champion BAMandBOO's values and vision, promote our commitment to sustainability, natural ingredients, and ethical business practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.Experience in the cosmetics, wellness, or related industries is highly desirable.Strong leadership and team management skills, Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and lead sales initiatives.Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.Passionate about the Beauty and Sustainability industry.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment in a rapidly growing startup.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and global travel.Being part of a company that values sustainability, innovation, and a positive impact on the world.
