This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, results-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing and developing both small and large accounts, from retailers to exporters.
Description Manage and develop strong relationships with clients; Identify business opportunities and formulate strategies to maximize sales growth; Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales and margin objectives; Collaborate with international teams to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies; Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and making strategic adjustments as needed; Stay updated on market trends and competition, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG/Food sector.
Proven skills in accounts management, with experience dealing with clients.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Availability to travel in Portugal and Europe
Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
