For which tasks (responsibilities)? Responsibilities: The main goal for this position would be to set up and nurture business relationships with AAA Gamedev Studios. It includes standard sales activities:
? Prospecting - source new sales opportunities within assigned market vertical (AAA)
? Funnel management - research, expand, and maintain your database of prospects
? Qualification - Qualify leads and develop opportunities
? Value proposition - understand customer needs and requirements in accordance with studio services, cross-sell, up-sell
? Negotiation - communicate and negotiate with potential clients
? Closing - close deals
? Monitor industry news and trends, draw up hypotheses for a customed outreach
You can use any other non-standard ways of prospecting and sales processes within your assigned market vertical. We are granting you autonomy in your processes and focus on the results.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Requirements We are looking for a proactive sales specialist with a strong background in outsourcing for the gaming industry and experience developing business relations with AAA game studios. We appreciate a result-driven and customer-focused approach and constant self-development, which are the primary traits of our team.
The main requirements for the role:
? Fluent in English (C1) and native Ukrainian
? 3+ experience working in the art outsourcing & game dev industry
? 5+ years of background as a sales manager (hunter) or similar role
? Working on international markets (mainly American and European)
? Experience setting up/managing successful business relations with AAA game studios
? Having a network and previous relations with AAA studios (warm contacts with different roles, including producers, art directors, outsource managers, creative directors, etc.)
? Ability to leverage previous relationships with AAA studios and build customer relations for Walla Walla
? Strong prospecting capabilities within assigned market vertical (AAA studios)
? Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule
Would be a plus:
? Knowledge of and usage of world-class sales methodologies or techniques (Miller Heiman / SPIN / Value Selling etc.)
