Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and aggressive Chassis BDM in Lisbon, Portugal. You will work with direct corporate clients and participate in business development that would develop new project opportunities, bring back leads for our sales teams and direct channel customers. We expect you to amaze us with your business development strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): TTM for new product training for customersApproach customers in supercomputing field and cold callingGeneral Sales training scheduled by annual program or based on request from channel sales training kits creationExpand existing client accounts for retention and growthQualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical marketsStrategically position Super Micro's products and servicesPromote the right product to the right customerDevelop relationships, communicate product and market informationDevelop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close dealsIdentify chassis OEM business opportunitiesA Chassis, BDM usually works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organizationProduce reports as necessaryQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering discipline is strongly desirable5 years of experience in either chassis products or sales/marketing environment is preferredAble to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detailConsistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in timely mannerStrong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills and verbal presentationExcellent written and spoken command of English language; a second language is a plusExperience tracking and reporting data on lead activityAbility to travel 15% of the timeSalary RangeEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
