About the role!
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the company. You'll actively seek out potential clients, build strong relationships, and contribute significantly to our growth.
What you will be doing? Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify new business opportunities in Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Client Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
Client Management: Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract closure.
Contract Negotiation: Ensure contracts align with both client needs and company objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation and sales performance.
Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and prioritized database of prospective clients.
Skills: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of ROI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proven track record in lead generation and sales
Knowledge of the market and industry trends
Requirements
What skills & experience you will bring to us? Proven track record in sales and business development
Strong understanding of contact centre operations and outsourcing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
Experience in account management and client relationship management (CRM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations
Good to Have: Experience in new client implementation and/or project management
Experience attending conferences and networking events
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Benefits
What do we offer? Start date: 14th of October
Starting salary: of €27,296 per year, with potential for higher earnings based on experience
Contract: Temporary 6-Months
Working days/Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm
Flexibility: to work occasional overtime hours, with time off in lieu as needed
Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
Travel: Undertake occasional domestic and international travel, including visits to Slovakia to familiarize yourself with local campaigns. Additionally, you may accompany the team to sponsored events in the UK or Germany.
Hybrid work model: Office working 1 day per week or for client visits & pitches
Training: Initial training will take place on-site for two weeks, with ongoing support and learning opportunities
