We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a multinational heating company.
Responsibilities:Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients.Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales.Track all client interactions in the CRM system.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success.Fluency in English and one of the following: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch.Proficiency in CRM systems.Excellent cold calling and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Direct contract with the client.Competitive salary based on experience.Performance-based variable component.Health Insurance.Opportunity to join a well-established multinational company.Chance to be part of a diverse and dynamic business environment.
