We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a multinational heating company.
Responsibilities:Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals;Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients;Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales;Track all client interactions in the CRM system;Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base;Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients;Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service;Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success;Fluency in English and one of the following: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch;Proficiency in CRM systems;Excellent cold calling and presentation skills;Strong organizational and time management abilities;Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Direct contract with the client;Competitive salary based on experience;Performance-based variable component;Health Insurance;Opportunity to join a well-established multinational company;Chance to be part of a diverse and dynamic business environment.
