Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and using various online platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client companies.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Present product or service offerings to clients through in-person meetings, video calls, or product demos. Customize proposals to meet the client's specific needs.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business deals. Ensure profitability and long-term agreements.
Account Management: Provide post-sales support, act as a point of contact for any client queries, and work towards customer retention and upselling.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Reporting: Track and manage sales activity through CRM tools. Report on sales metrics and pipeline status to management.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy Industry.
Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value propositions and write customized client proposals.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in cold calling, negotiation, closing deals, and managing long-term client relationships.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for managing and reporting on sales activity.
Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and proposals tailored to business clients.
Analytical Mindset: Able to analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust strategies and identify new business opportunities.
EU Passport holder as the position will require travelling up to 50%.
